341 Hancock

We decided to put the building on the market in mid April and had multiple offers after 1 showing
We closed yesterday all cash for $1.333M.
While the flip was fruitful there is some seller regret.
It’s hard to find such charming houses that have all their detail and restore well as this one did.
Inventory is non existent right now and I need a new project. The real motivation in the sale was the DOB fiasco we had in the last year surrounding the sprinkler work, and less than competent contractors. Lessons learned.

Testing driving 341 Hancock for the last four months. I could get very busy nesting here, but in the mean time we are doing the work we need to get all the sign offs. I have had plumbers, electricians , inspectors ,
Architects here non stop since December. Can we please finish now.
Anyway the house, after all my finishing work feels good. More European than I thought I was. Strange I feel like I’m in a small apartment building in Barcelona or Paris. More about Bed Stuy next
